My passion is to treat the whole family from babies to siblings, parents and beyond with my nourishing therapies.

Starting with the babies, I run a Drop in Baby Massage Class from a beautiful studio in Brighton.  These classes are a fantastic opportunity to spend some quality chilled out time with your baby.  Learn some excellent massage techniques to calm and sooth, relieve colds and tummy problems.  We also incorporate some stretching, movement, songs and rhymes.  

The class is a very informal and cosy drop in where you can meet other parents and feel welcome and supported.  I've been teaching this class for over four years now and have organically grown the structure and setting to a place which feels very cosy, nurturing and safe.  I love how the babies enjoy their massage, see the parents relax and hear their positive feedback.  I spend a lot of time setting up the room for class with sparkly lights, soothing music, aromatherapy aromas, soft furnishings and warmth.  

I am also qualified as a 'Children's Reflexology Programme Instructor'  This course is run over 6 weeks and parents learn how to provide their baby/child with reflexology to bond and support with many common childhood complaints from digestive issues to night terrors and tantrums! 

All routines are based upon heart warming rhymes and songs and blissful therapeutic touch that baby will continue to enjoy throughout childhood. Parents receive a hard backed copy of the Mouses House which is an illustrated reflexology based story book for bedtime, relaxation or anytime... This unique and beautiful 6 week course is £80 which includes high quality colour handouts each week, a certificate and your hard copy of the Mouses house story book in the final week. This course really is a truly special gift for both parent and child, lasting throughout childhood and beyond!

I work for the rest of the week with a team of wonderful therapists from The Anahata Clinic, where we pride ourselves on being a 'low cost clinic' where we offer much needed professional therapies at reasonable prices.  I offer Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Pregnancy, Hot Stone and Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology, Holistic Facials and Hopi Ear Candles. 

I also love evening babysitting and have built up a great reputation in Brighton and Hove with my reliable, caring and professional service.  

Over the years, many clients have seen me for holistic therapies, brought their babies to my classes and invited me to look after their children for a much needed night out.  I love being depended on to be this extra support to families.
