About Brightonfit Circus

We are more than a sports club, yes we coach boxing techniques and drills and we will get you fit and motivated, but we also aim to tackle rates of rising obesity, anger management, levels of self esteem and confidence, improve discipline, control, generate a sense of camaraderie and fun through teaching stuff we LOVE!! 

Head coach Kirstin Ahmed (currently studying for her England Boxing Coach Certifications) has kick-boxed and boxed at a national level, competing for a British title in 2004. 

She has taught both disciplines in groups and one to one for 15 years and has a vast range of experience that she brings into the club. 

Ben White (Youth crime prevention worker) works with the more emotional side of the sport and Paul Davis (boxing coach) and Raven Chapman-Edwards (Boxing academy student and part time coach) complete the club. 

Between them they have qualifications ranging from First aid through to Bachelors degree's, not something you would expect to find in all boxing gyms!

Kirstin says "This is because we aim to offer more. We want to demonstrate what the sport has to offer, how it can provide a solution to confidence and low self esteem issues as well as being a fantastically challenging and fun physical workout" 

Brightonfit Circus welcome anyone of any ability with any experience interested in learning boxing techniques or gaining some of the benefits from boxing training.
