      I took Mia for her 9th birthday with some friends as I wanted to do something a bit different. We arrived and there were two rooms, we went onto the mixing room which had sofa’s and the 6 girls went into the studio and all sang the 1st song together, then some of them came through to the mixing room while others did solo’s. They all got involved in the mixing of the tracks; they picked 3 songs which I emailed through to TrackMackers before we went in. They provided nibbles and drinks and it was nice being able to watch them singing. The guy who was in charge was great with the kids; he had a really captive audience, and was good at raining in some of the more wayward girls. They thought it was the best thing ever and got a CD each to take home, it was a great experience.

      We booked this party for my daughters 8th birthday and it really was brilliant. Andy was really organised and we spoke to him a few weeks in advance to sort out a choice of 3 songs for the girls to record. They loved the fact they could pick their favourite songs and they got really excited practising them ready for the party. When they arrived at the studio John was great with them. He was really patient through the whole recording and funny as well so they had a great time. He edited the songs while the girls enjoyed their lunch and they got to take their CD’s home at the end. The party was 4 months ago and they are still talking about it now!

      We had a party with them for my elder daughter's 9th birthday.The whole thing was absolutely fabulous. The correspondence and communications before the party was fantastic. Then at the party, I was so relaxed – it was such a relaxed and laid back atmosphere, and I could actually sit and watch the children enjoy themselves, and the other adults were relaxed too.
      We picked 3 or 4 tracks, before the party, that the children wanted to sing, then John arranged for them to sing the songs, and recorded them. They each got a CD, with a printed cover. We also did the photo shoot, which captured the life and soul of the party. Nothing phased John, and the children loved it. His communication with the kids was fantastic. It was the best party I have ever been to, I couldn't fault it.

      Had my daughters 8th birthday here and she says this was her best birthday ever! Not only did they record their own songs but they were also shown how to play the instruments and work the recording equipment. The adults were also made very comfortable. Snacks were on offer and the birthday girl also got a birthday cake too!
      Thank you for making my daughters birthday an amazing experience!

      I can't recommend this place highly enough, it's fantastic! My daughter had her 11th birthday party here, with 5 friends and they had a wonderful time. The set up is relaxed with comfy sofas and age appropriate snacks provided (crisps, sweets, squash etc) to munch on when others were singing. The whole experience was fun yet felt very professional... You really are in a studio used by famous singers, and that showed! We were really impressed at the skill of the guy who ran it as he mixed the girls' voices on the spot and they could take their cd home with them that day (no waiting a week for your cd like at another place my daughter 's friend had a party at!). An original party idea that will be remembered for a very long time.

    I have worked in the music industry for 18 years as a sound engineer, producer, musician, songwriter, voice coach and music teacher.I have worked with children in studios, schools and theatre groups. Through my background in pop music and musical theatre I train and work alongside people from all backgrounds and abilities from 7 year old school children to international superstars.
