  1. Puddle Ducks is a fun and friendly swimming programme offering unique baby swimming, toddler swimming and child swimming classes to over 8,000 youngsters across the UK every week.

    Youngsters can join at any age from birth, at any point in the term. Classes are packed full of fun - watch as your youngster develops into a confident swimmer without even realising they are learning to swim! Puddle Ducks offer simple steps to a lifetime love of swimming. We recognise that every child is different: our fantastic teachers adapt each activity to suit each child, nurturing water confidence so that your child will become a happy little swimmer before they start school.

    You can be assured that your youngster will be taught by the best – our carefully selected teachers have all the qualities you’d want for your child; highly trained, passionate, caring, professional, nurturing, fun and loved by our swimmers.

    Teaching water safety from a young age is also core to our classes. Babies as young as six months start to learn water safety and personal survival skills, and our school aged children also learn life-saving skills. Every term, we hold pyjama parties – not only to put these skills into practice, but also to have lots of fun!

      I've been taking my daughter to swimming lessons with Puddle Ducks for about 6 months now and we really enjoy it - the classes are very light hearted and friendly. Natalie is very caring and treats us all as individuals so that we never feel pushed or rushed. As the classes are so relaxed and fun, they keep the children's interest. My daughter and I love going - the lesson is a lovely time for us both together.

      I’ve been taking my daughter to Puddle Ducks swimming classes every week since she was three months old. Natalie’s classes are great fun and the children learn so much without realising it, during the classes the children focus on different swimming exercises like holding on, jumping in and floating in water; giving them that early confidence in water all children need. Natalie herself is fantastic; she’s really friendly and encouraging towards the children and gives clear and concise feedback after every session.

      Matilda really loved going to the Puddle Ducks swimming lessons. She was giggly and smiley and trying to jump in the water and swim even before the start of the lesson. Natalie has a great teaching manner with the babies and teaches in a fun, relaxed way. We really saw Matilda’s swimming ability improve and she progressed a lot faster than in other classes. An added bonus of Puddle Ducks has been meeting other parents with babies and making new friends. I recommend the Puddle Ducks swim lessons with hesitation.

    My name is Natalie and I have always loved swimming and the freedom of being in the water. So much so, that some of my fondest memories as a child were on family holidays splashing around in the swimming pool. So when my daughter Matilda came along I couldn't wait to get her signed up to her first swimming lesson and in to the water. Having had swimming lessons myself from a very early age, I too wanted her to feel strong, at ease, confident and enjoy being in the water. And so, at just 10 weeks old our journey together began, as did my passion for teaching babies and children to swim. Just 7 months later Matilda was holding on to the side of the pool by herself and I was the proud owner of Puddle Ducks East Surrey! It is a real joy to be teaching such a fun filled and progressive programme, tailored to the individual needs of babies, toddlers and children of all ages and abilities. For babies, our classes encourage freedom of movement, relaxation and that crucial bonding time with mum or dad in the water. For toddlers and children, our classes instil confidence and develop vital water safety and life saving skills to enable them to swim independently both on the surface and under the water. All of our classes are designed to promote swimming in a relaxed, safe and fun filled environment with lots of games and songs along the way! I look forward to sharing the Puddle Ducks experience with you and your little ones and hope you enjoy the journey as much as Matilda and I have.
