  I've bought several things from J and R gifts, including a key ring and magnet for my Mum and a 50th birthday gift bag for my step-Dad. I like the way you can personalise gifts as that makes them ideal for Christmas presents and more special. J and R have been quick and good value. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

  What I liked most is that they've got really good customer service and a really nice family feel to them which you don't get with a big corporate company. I was able to contact them on Facebook to ask questions about the products before I ordered them as you get that better level of service from a small business. I ordered personalised gifts from them both for us and the children which arrived quickly and we were all very happy with the gifts we received.

  I found them on Facebook and have used them loads for gifts, at Christmas we got Santa plates that were personalised and books for the boys that had their names in, they thought those were amazing! I’ve had coasters with pictures in, personalised key rings with “Granddad’s Keys” on one side and picture of the boys on the other. The service is brilliant; they are really helpful and always quick to reply to a message. I tend to collect what I’ve purchased from them as they are not far away, but I know they do freepost on some items. And everything is well packaged and presented; if it’s breakable it’ll be wrapped in bubble wrap. There always adding new things to their products along with the regular bits. From order to pick up is always very quick, the longest I had to wait was 4 days and that was to do 30 personalized bags for a Hen do!

  I won a competition through J and R games' Facebook page for a personalised scrap book. I chose the jungle themed book. And my little boy loves it. It's great quality pages and can't wait yo fill it with all ollies adventures. We have just had a little girl too so can't wait to pick one to save her memories in as we make them. • MuM of two!! Nanny to 10 Granfchildren

  I have purchased several items from J and R Personalised Gifts & have not been disappointed!! My fav being the personalised gift bags I got at Christmas my grandkids & friends loved getting them with their names on!!
