With several years of experience of coaching, Francois of Frog PT works with children from the age of 8 on their flexibility, stamina, strength and nutrition. As kids and their goals are unique, the training program is unique for each child based on the sport they are aiming to improve in, their age, their build and of course their level of fitness.
For example, Francois currently focuses on speed and stamina with the Under 10 Girls National Tennis Champion (2012) and on core stability and lower body strength with another Under 10 Top 30 national tennis player.
Frog PT builds programs for any team or individual sport including: swimming, running, tennis, football, rugby, hockey, cricket and triathlon and can work alongside clubs for group training (for example, land training for swimmers).
Programs are tailored to each child and can include:
Francois of Frog PT enjoys working with kids and injects a sense of fun and respect even when the training can be challenging and with tough objectives to hit.

Francois has the rare gift of developing rapport with his clients. He really embraces Sonay as a friend, which really helps Sonay get the most out of her training sessions. Both Sonay and I really trust Francois, which is important when dealing with sports injury prevention. He seems to have a great background in sports such as triathlons, which has given him a brilliant all-round knowledge. Francois is highly committed to Sonay's sports career, and often attends her Tennis matches to both support her and learn what further training might be required. I am very satisfied with the service I get and would recommend Francois to anyone. If pushed for a room for improvement I would say that I would like to have more feedback as a parent on the sports massages, although this is very minor as I fully trust Francois and his expertise.
I would highly recommend Francois as a sports coach; he is very interactive with Miles and is skilled at motivating him and getting him looking forward to his sports coaching lessons. The coaching itself is very high quality and excellent value for money. Francois develops personalised programs for his pupils and caters for one-to-one lessons or group lessons, where parents can spread their costs. He is very reliable and always keeps in good communication with me, letting me know how Miles is getting on. He is very committed and supportive of Mile's development - Miles is now working towards a Duke of Edinburgh award and Francois has tailor made a program to help him achieve this.
Two of my children have fitness training with Francois and he is wonderful with them. He is encouraging, knowledgeable and conscientious. He makes them both work really hard - he is hugely motivating but also makes it a lot of fun.

My name is Francois. I am a sporty person and have competed and tried many different sports ever since childhood and I generally like to be active. I like to train children (and adults) to achieve more in ways they might not have previously tried and with some humour along the way. Jogging up eight flights of stairs and making it fun is often part of the fitness programme .
I am French and have been living in England with my English wife and our two children for most of the past twenty years. I still support the French in rugby, football and the Olympics though!
Francois is extremely trustworthy and a delightful individual. For Fay working with Francois has really improved her confidence and helped her develop her coordination and fitness. He is both sensible and reliable as well as being very punctual. We are very fond of Francois and would recommend him to any parent.
