Key Points
Michelle has been coaching pre- school gymnastics, general gymnastics and trampolining for 22 years.
Michelle is a British Gymnastics qualified coach in the above disciplines, also qualified in Freestyle Gymnastics (Parkour/Tricking).
Before moving to East Sussex she ran classes at the Regent Hall in Horley, also coached at classes in Donyngs in Redhill, Crawley Leisure Centre and K2 Leisure Centre, Crawley, Bewbush Leisure Centre, Crawley, Banstead Leisure Centre and Kings Leisure Centre, East Grinstead
Michelle is currently running popular classes at Lewes Leisure Centre. Downs Leisure Centre, Seaford and the Sovereign Centre in Eastbourne.
Michelle has always wanted to start her own classes, she is also looking into starting Gymnastic classes for 5+ year olds and is looking for a suitable venue to start the classes.
In the Eastbourne and surrounding area there seems to be a lack of gymnastic activities for children, especially as Gymnastics helps children learn how their body moves, helps their balance, co-ordination, motor skills, builds their confidence also develops their social, listening, verbal instruction skills.

We've been really pleased with the Eternity Gymnastics classes - the teachers are very friendly and Millie really enjoys going. We can sit and have a coffee and catch up with the other Mums, and see what the children are doing. Michelle was brilliant, as she could see that Millie and some of the others were really ready for school and needed to move up a group, but weren't old enough, and so set up a different group for them as she recognised they needed to be grouped on their ability, and not their age.
Great fun, kids love it, keeps them active. They feel a real sense of achievement when they earn their badges.
My boys wait for next lesson as soon as this one ended. We like the certificates acknowledging achievements

We really enjoy going to Eternity Gymnastics - it can be quite challenging sometimes as I take both the children together, but we seem to work around it. The classes are a good balance of skill building - they start off focussing on skills such as forward rolls and then move on to a circuit where they are shown what to do, and I then go round with my younger son, whilst my daughter gives it a go by herself (under supervision). My son has come a long way in the short time he has been going and its a good transitional class for them both, helping to build independence. Both children really enjoy going and love the badges they get each term.
