  1. Dynamite Dance are UK Streetdance Champions and have 4  fantastic venues. We offer many kids & adult classes in Streetdance, Breakdance & Flips'n'Trix, Contemporary, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre. Dancercise and Fitness as well as our prestigious Award Winning Competition Team classes!

    It was founded in October 2007 by its Head Principal, Dancer & Choreographer John Pemberton, or JP as he is known to most of our dancers! JP holds a prestigeous background of experience as both a commercial dancer and and Multi-Skill perfomer and has toured and worked with the likes of Kylie Minogue, Girls Aloud, Robbie Williams and many more famous names and has also worked for the BBC as a Freelance Choreographer.

    Our dance school has gained success in both the local region and UK, earning the title of Northwest Streetdance Champions several times over year on year to date. Our dance classes are for everyone of all ages, from total beginners with“2 left feet”who want to learn to dance to experienced, advanced dancers and we pride ourselves on giving the opportunity to learn the correct foundations of dance and like many of our current dancers, go on to perform in competitions and events and even progress into a career in dance.

    Pricing & Other Information

    All our classes are priced at either £4.00 or £5.00 depending on the length of the class and are all pay as you go each week. We also off monthly direct debit payments as well as sibling discounts.

      Jack has been going to Dynamite Dance Studio for just under three years. He has always liked dancing and has come on leaps and bounds. After just six months, he was put into a competition team of Under 10's called "Strike" and they have entered and been placed in various Dance Competitions all over the North West in the Group Category and Jack has also won solo trophies. Jack loves learning new routines and the whole team gel really well together. Heather, their dance teacher, is fantastic with the children, very patient and the children really listen to her. The owner, John (JP) is a fantastic teacher and shows real passion and dedication to all of his students and classes. I think Dynamite Dance is brilliant and I am a very loyal follower and would recommend to any parent or child. I have also attended some adult classes which I thoroughly enjoyed, but have had to give up at the present time, due to illness.

      It started with my kids going to Dynamite Dance and now we all go! Jacob has been going since he was three years old. He has won lots of solo and team trophies for his street dance. Dynamite Dance is not just about street dance we do lots of other things together, curry nights, Christmas get-togethers. John, the owner and teacher is very chilled with the children and really makes it fun. The kids really enjoy the social side. Dynamite Dance is like a big family!

      We have been going to Dynamite Dance Studio since it started three years ago. There was nothing in this area like it before. We all do street dance with Dynamite Dance, the children in the daytime and I go to an adult class in the evening. My son, George has gained so much confidence. He had never danced before and now is in the competition team, competing at Blackpool Tower! He has come on so well, it's un-real! Also, he has made a whole new group of friends which is great John, the dance teacher, is Ace! Always happy and jolly.
