Great value for money
The Brighton camp offers 80+ activities and makes good use of the facilities at the school. There is an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, playing fields, art room, dance studio, both a gym and a sports hall, archery range and motorsports track. As we are registered with OFSTED you can relax knowing your children will be offered some amazing activities and kept safe at the same time. You can also add cover to your booking for unforeseen circumstances with Customer Protection Plan. These great facilities also mean we are able to offer our skill development programs in Motor Mania, Swim School and Lab Rats, visit the Skills Builder Courses for more information.
Our Barracudas Kids Camp in Horsham is based at Farlington school, 33 acres of wonderful Sussex parkland. We are open for children aged 4.5 to 16 years and over the past few years this camp has become very popular.
We offer children a huge range of activities, from general sports of football, basketball and tag rugby, to the specialist ones of fencing and archery and completely new sports of Kinball and Futsal. We also have many craft and performing arts based sessions to choose from, we really have something for everyone. As kids and water go together very well, we make the most of the on site swimming pool too!

My son went to Barracudas for 2 weeks last summer. The drop off and pick up arrangements were very secure and organised, especially compared to other places. This was really important to me. The number of activities was good - so many, 6 a day, and a visiting activity every week. I also liked the range of activities. My son enjoyed Barracudas and was happy to go each day.
It would be good if the children were challenged to do different activities - my son usually went with what he knew. If he had tried something new he might have liked it, but he was only 5 when he went, so I can understand why he did that.
I can't fault the holiday club.
My daughter goes to the Barracudas holiday club for several weeks a year, and has been going there in the holidays for the past 3 or 4 years. From the point of view of a parent, the best things about Barracudas are the care and supervision my daughter receives, and the friendliness of the staff first and foremost. You feel your child is going to be left in safe hands, and the staff are very nice with the parents. Also, something I really like is that at the end of every day they send you an email about what your child has been up to that day.
From the point of view of the children, there are lots of varied activities, they get lots of exercise, and there is plenty of choice of things to do. The children can make choices about what activities they want to do on the day. My daughter finds that she makes new friends really easily at the holiday club, and she really enjoys it. She always says: 'Can I go to Barracudas – I love it there!'

I have been working with Barracudas for a number of years now, during school holidays when I was training and now that I am a qualified primary teacher. I have had various roles, mainly focusing on the younger children. It is amazing to see them learn so much whilst enjoying all the activities. What's more, I love it too!
I am now an Area Manager supporting the camps in the South counties. As I live in Brighton, I know that camp very well and the staff are fantastic!
Barracudas were recommended to me by a friend and my girls went to them during the Summer holidays last year. They really enjoyed the variety of activities on offer. My eldest loved the go-karts and my youngest really liked the inflatable water slides. There were also art and craft activities and a talent contest. The staff at Barracudas are very friendly and helpful, impressively they knew all the children's names each day. My daughters are really looking forward to going to Barracudas again this Summer.
