Coaches
AITC courses are run by carefully selected staff who are all fully qualified football coaches. They are DBS (CRB) checked, trained in Emergency Aid and Safeguarding Children and are FA Licensed.
We have been using the Albion for the last 7 years. My son plays for the Albion, so is connected closely with them, and he always attends their holiday courses. We found out about them when the club came to my son's school and saw him play, so invited him for a trial. I like the fact that they actually `coach` the children, and make them think for themselves, rather than just being instructed to do things. All the coaches respect the children, and talk to them as an equal, listening to them and then discussing tactics, options etc. This means the children take the course seriously and so get a lot from them. It would be brilliant if they ran even more courses as there is usually only one that is local to us.

My boys have attended holiday football courses run by Albion in the Community at Blatchington Mill and other schools in the local area. The location has really worked for us, and it's great that you can get sibling discount. The classes have a great ethos of fun, fairness and inclusion for all, so it's not just all competitive training. The courses aren't all match based either, but include skills and fun games as well. The staff were really friendly and professional and I was more than happy to leave my children there.
