Bea is 11, and is currently at school at Downs Juniors, although she has recently got a place at Varndean School, where she will start in September. She is very excited to be learning performing arts with Windmill Young Actors.

Windmill Young Actors is dedicated to providing professional, affordable and exciting acting classes for young performers aged 8 – 16. We celebrate collaborative and ensemble work in all its forms and have a proven track record of inspiring additional confidence, skill and enjoyment through drama.

"This term since September I have made new friends at school, and have felt tempted to meet with them on some Saturday afternoons to cement our friendships a little, but have chosen to go to my Windmill  Acting Group, and have never regretted the choice I made. I have learnt so many new skills in all the sessions.
"I have enjoyed making new friendships. We have had a specific theme to work on each week, like stage combat, comedy, adapting a performance to the environment. we even got to make our own short film, with a specialized film maker who came in to join the group.
"One of the challenges for me has been to perform in front of a large audience, something I had never had to do before. Probably the most successful moment was the show at the end of the summer term. It was great to hear the applause from the audience at the end of the show!"

"I really liked the drama try out session it was great, if every session was like that it would be amazing. First we played a game, then we acted out a story from 1001 Arabian nights, I was an evil sorceress. I hope that we will do a lot of plays to perform to our parents, play a lot of fun games like the one we played last week, meet lots of new people and generally have lots and lots and lots of fun"
