Sienna, Maths and English in Guilford

Update from Mum (Date: 23/10/15)

Sienna has been going to her classes every week. She has enjoyed different things they do, reading, spelling, writing, "wrap ups" which is matching up words, learning about alphabet, lowercase, uppercase, punctuation etc. Sienna is more confident talking to people. She was very shy before but not anymore!

She's also more confident talking in front of people, for example when they have an assembly at school, she is not shy anymore :-] I don't think we have any challenge. Sienna is very keen to learn new skills and she learns it very quickly too. Sienna is very good at spelling, reading and writing. She is now getting better and better each time she goes to her class. Over the next period I'm hoping Sienna will become more confident at writing and spelling. She really enjoys writing short stories, so it would be nice for her to write a long one and publish it :-)

Update from Mum (Date: 6/5/15)

Sienna really enjoys going to her english class each Tuesday. She's very excited getting and doing her homework. She gets a little file where her homework is, it's spread out for 5 days. When the child attends the class and completes the homework, they get a stamp. When they have enough stamp, they get choose a little toy. She's been getting 10/10 in spellings every week now at her school and also she got moved on Purple level in Reading. Considering she's just in Year 1, it's a big achievement for her. Magikats encourages Sienna to be better and try harder, and so far it works :-]
