Christmas Eve Boxes
KalliKids Champion Vikki Steen suggests something new this Christmas...
Why not start a new family tradition this year with a Christmas Eve box!
These seem to becoming more and more popular each year and have been a firm favourite in our household for the past couple of years. The kids love getting an early present but it can also be a great way to help relax them and calm them down before the big day!
Choose a box that can be used year after year and fill with some lovely goodies. Some items you could include are;
- A DVD, to snuggle up and watch together on the sofa
- Popcorn, sweets, chocolates etc. to munch on whilst watching your film
- Pyjamas for all
- New slippers
- Bubble bath
- A storybook
- A new teddy
- Mugs filled with a cone of snowman soup (hot chocolate powder, with marshmallows and a candy cane to stir)
- Reindeer food to sprinkle before going to bed (oats and glitter mix)
And for those without a chimney a special Santa key is a must!
