Exciting Shows for Toddlers at This Year's Fringe

Brighton Fringe 2017 is jam packed with rip-roaring, bubble popping, high flying shows for the whole family, toddlers included.

If you’re looking for action-packed adventures between the 5th of May and the 4th of June, you simply can’t afford to miss it.

Here are some of our favourite shows for kids aged 0 – 4 years old.


Dave Benson Phillips

When: 10 – 14 May

Dave Benson Phillips, the well-known children’s entertainer and TV presenter, ('Playdays', 'Playhouse Disney', 'Fun Song Factory', 'Boj!') performs popular children's songs on his trusty guitar.

Love that frosty film or hate it, you’ll laugh your stripy socks off at lovable clowns Cat & Nicko and their puppet rock band.

A fantastic family adventure featuring live music and physical comedy, 'Defrosted' is one big, bonkers blast of fun.


Elliot and the Enormous Sneeze

‘Elliot and the Enormous Sneeze’ follows the story of the old man who never (hardly ever) sneezed.

Featuring chocolate pudding, live music, magical mucus and ever extendable nose hairs.

A fantastic new adventure for children of all ages from the people that brought you ‘Dr Zeiffal, Dr Zeigal and the Hippo That Can Never be Caught'!

Little Meerkat's Big Panic

When: 1 – 4 June

Go on an award-winning, magical, musical, multi-sensory adventure in the Kalahari desert with Little Meekat and her friends Elephant and Wise Monkey.

Find out all about Calm and what to do with very big feelings.

Based on the storybook by trauma-parenting expert Jane Evans, this little tale helps everyone to see, hear, smell, taste and feel what's going on in their brains and bodies when emotions become overwhelming.

Performances last 20 minutes and are followed by up to 30 minutes of sensory play exploring Calm.
